Terms & Conditions

Terms for using WECOMM’s website, POS application, terminals and retail commerce services.

Effective date: September 18, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the WECOMM website, POS application, retail terminals, software, services and related platform features.

By using WECOMM, creating an account, requesting a demo, or allowing staff to access the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. WECOMM services

WECOMM provides retail POS and commerce tools for checkout, registers, inventory, purchasing, payments, promotions, loyalty, reporting and grocery-focused operational intelligence. Available features depend on the plan, setup, integrations and hardware configuration selected by the retailer.

3. Accounts and authorized users

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and business information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for managing staff access appropriately.
  • You must keep login credentials confidential and notify WECOMM of suspected unauthorized access.
  • You may not share access with unauthorized parties or use WECOMM for unlawful activity.

4. Retailer customer information

Retailers may use the WECOMM POS application or terminal to collect customer details such as name and phone number. You are responsible for asking customers appropriately, obtaining any required consent, and using that information only for lawful store operations, customer service, receipts, loyalty, order history, communications or other permitted purposes.

You must not enter sensitive personal information into WECOMM unless the applicable product workflow expressly supports it and you have a lawful basis to do so.

5. POS transactions, prices and inventory

Retailers are responsible for the accuracy of products, prices, taxes, discounts, inventory counts, supplier records, purchase orders and reporting data entered into or generated from WECOMM.

WECOMM may provide recommendations, forecasts, alerts or intelligence features. These are operational decision-support tools and do not replace retailer review, judgment or responsibility for final business decisions.

6. Payments and third-party services

Some WECOMM features may connect with payment processors, hardware providers, accounting platforms, suppliers or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies and operating rules.

WECOMM is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. Availability of integrations may vary by region, provider and configuration.

7. Fees, quotes and billing

Pricing may be quoted based on store count, register count, selected modules, services, integrations, support needs and hardware requirements. Fees, payment terms and renewal details should be set out in the applicable order form, quote, subscription agreement or invoice.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or misuse WECOMM except as permitted by a written agreement.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access another account, overload the service, upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
  • Do not use WECOMM to collect or process information unlawfully, send unlawful communications or violate customer rights.
  • Do not remove proprietary notices or use WECOMM branding in a misleading way.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access to WECOMM, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, outages or events outside our control. We may modify features to improve performance, security, compliance or usability.

10. Intellectual property

WECOMM and its software, designs, workflows, trademarks, content and platform materials are owned by WECOMM or its licensors. Retailers retain their rights in their own business data, product data and customer data, subject to the permissions needed for WECOMM to provide the service.

11. Confidentiality and security

Both parties should protect confidential business information with reasonable care. Retailers are responsible for configuring staff permissions, training users and maintaining secure store practices around devices, terminals and customer information.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WECOMM is provided on an as-available basis and without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. WECOMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data except where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, the service is misused, or continued access creates security, legal or operational risk. Retailers remain responsible for amounts owed and for exporting any eligible data before account closure where available.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of WECOMM after an update means the updated terms apply.
